Mailater offers an email scheduling service that allows emails to be delivered at a future date and. This service is subject to availability and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of Service
The service must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. It is prohibited to use the service to send emails containing illegal, offensive, or third-party infringing content.

4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of emails scheduled through Mailater. We reserve the right to review, suspend, or cancel any account that uses the service for purposes we consider inappropriate or that violate these terms.

5. Fees and Payments
The fees for Mailater's service are as follows:

Mailater Bronze Plan:
1 Year: $100
10 Years: $1,000

Mailater Silver Plan:
20 Years: $2,000
30 Years: $3,000
40 Years: $4,000

Mailater Gold Plan:
50 Years: $5,000
60 Years: $6,000

All payments must be made in advance. Payments are non-refundable.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
Mailater complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for users in California. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Modifications
Mailater reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be posted on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mailater shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, even if Mailater has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law
